Fees

Initial Assessment
$525

Comprehensive in-home assessment which may include clinical observation, standardized and/or non-standardized assessments, a caregiver interview, and caregiver questionnaires (~1.5 hours).

Includes travel time within standard service areas, written summary of findings and recommendations, 30-minute virtual meeting with caregivers to review findings.

Treatment Sessions
$175

In-person individualized OT sessions with your child (50 minutes of direct service). Includes travel time within the service area.

Developmental Consultation
$190

A 60-minute occupational therapy consultation for families seeking guidance regarding their child’s development and daily functioning. This session includes discussion of concerns, clinical insight, and practical strategies. Recommendations may include further assessment, ongoing therapy, or additional supports as appropriate. Families are under no obligation to pursue additional services.

Meetings & Collaboration
$175 (in-person)
$160 (virtual)

A 50-minute meeting with caregivers, schools, daycare providers, or other professionals to support goal planning, progress updates, recommendations, and coordinated care.

Reports & Documentation

Progress reports, recommendation letters, detailed evaluation reports, and other documentation are available upon request. Fees are based on the type of report and the estimated time required for completion.

Travel

Travel fees included within Ottawa, Orléans, and Rockland. Additional fees apply for extended areas such as Cornwall and surrounding communities.
